This is action song is one that motivates me to move forward.  The line in the chorus "making this my moment now" is my favorite part.  I like change, I like what change brings.  If I am changing I am moving..hopefully forward towards God's goal.  Movement is usually a positive.  I want to grab it's hand and run till I am exhausted.  My most important moment has been to obey His call to to make a move.  Touch God's grace and He will help you make your changes.  There's nothing to be afraid of, He's got it all worked out for you...now.  Don't wait....
